Board Chair: - Chris Rodda

Involved with netball in Canterbury in various roles since 1987, Christchurch Netball Centre Vice President 1999 - 2011, Life Member in 2006 and awarded a NNZ Service Award in 2008.  

Club involvement includes senior club coach, club secretary &president; founding member of CGHS Netball club and coached at various levels including SISS and NZ Secondary Schools championships; Canterbury Netball Game Development Advisory Group Convenor; Canterbury Representative team selector and team manager, NNZ Academy Squad Manager, NNZ SISS Team Manager and member of NNZ Core Consultation Group reviewing netball in NZ.  

Experienced in sport administration, leadership and change management and is currently employed as a People &Performance Advisor in the non-profit sector.
Responsible for HR, Policies/Procedures.

Board Member: - Mureen Turfrey

CNC executive member since 2008 following relocation from Gore where Mureen held various roles in Eastern Southland. 

She has coached at various levels, selected and managed representative teams as well as being a qualified Netball NZ Level umpire.  Mureen attended NNZ Council meetings as Southland Country & Eastern delegate many times and played a pivotal role in the MLT Events Centre committee which in 2011 opened an indoor facility in Gore. 

In 2013 Mureen was awarded a NNZ Service Award and brings strong administrative skills and is currently employed as an Office Manager for a major health care provider contracted to ACC. 
Responsible for Finance, Funding & Facilities Development

Board Member: - Rowena Clancy

An executive member of CNC for over 10 years and prior to that an active member of St Nicholas Netball Club committee. 

Rowena has been involved with Representative Committee, Draws Committee, Grading has also held representative team management roles.

Rowena has office managerial and financial planning skills, and extensive networks in the local business community through working as a co-owner/director of a successful local business.

Responsible for Awards Committee.

Board Member: - Robyn Daly

An executive member of CNC for past 5 years as Game Officials representative. Is a St Peters Netball Club life member, past coach and currently manager of St Peters A team.

Played, coached and umpired netball in Invercargill, Gore, Menzies before moving to Christchurch. 

A member of Canterbury Regional Umpiring Coaching Panel for 4 years;  member of Canterbury NZ Regional Umpire Coaching Panel 2010 & 2011 and also has a role of co-convenor for Canterbury Regional Umpire Coaching Panel. 

Robyn is a departmental administrator at the University of Canterbury.

Responsible for HR/Policies & Procedures.

Board Member: Diane Keenan

Diane brings to the Board experience as a team coach, a netball parent and someone with passion and energy for sport in general and in particular netball.   While working as a newspaper Chief Reporter Diane covered club netball on a regular basis for many years and is aware of the culture of Christchurch Netball.  

Diane brings to the Board extensive experience in media, communications, event management and has had previous experience on the board of Canterbury Tennis.

Dianne is currently a Relations Advisor in a large central city organisation.
