NetballSmart Training Offers

We are offering pre-season preparation tools for individuals and mass training sessions for players and coaches to provide strength, warm up and recovery fundamentals needed for netball.

For group sessions:

• Season resource pack provided
• Demonstrations involving your players and coaches
