Dates: Wednesdays during Term 1, from 5 February
Location: Ngā Puna Wai, 21 Augustine Drive, Wigram
Programme Overview | CNC Walking Netball 2025
CNC Walking Netball is an adapted programme especially for participants who:
- Have had a break from the sport and are interested in begining to play again
- Are recovering from injury
- Want to learn to play for the first time
CNC Walking Netball is an incredibly fun way to to keep fit and connected throughout the year.
Please note: You do not need to commit to the full 10 weeks. Feel free to come along the days you would like.
Guidelines | CNC Walking Netball 2025
- Participants must be over 18 years of age
- No running or jumping within the game
- One foot must be on the ground at all times
- Player can hold the ball for up to four seconds
- Maximum of three males on the courts at any one time - one in the defence circle, one in the mid-court area, and one in the shooting circle
- 4 x 10 minute quarters (some flexibility depending on numbers on the night)
- All other standard netball rules apply
