Youth sport is a time when children can learn new skills, make friends and have fun. For many young athletes, their coaches are their first introduction to working with someone outside of their family. It is important that these coaches are able to create a positive and transformative experience for the young athletes they work with. Below we’ve outlined five signs of a transformative youth sports coach.
